This week is a rare SEWING tutorial - BOOTYFUL SAILOR SENSHI SKIRTS!This is how I made my Neptune and Uranus skirts to manipulate my bootay proportions.
This method is great for making skirts with some fluff and volume on character designs that dont call for a petticoat.
