The clitty cage was tight but of course it had to be. It couldnt allow for any growth of the clitty inside at any time. Daddy said it would only have to be on for two years, just to make sure you were properly trained. You couldnt afford to accidentally let your little clitty get hard in front of Daddy, that was unacceptable. Two years of chastity should be enough to train it to never ever get hard again and then you could let it out and it would be completely useless and flaccid at all times, like it should be.
